Hi there!

My name is Haley – I was born and raised in Eastern North Carolina, am a proud alumnus of NC State (Go Pack!), wife, mom, and experienced Human Resources and Marketing professional. I wear many hats, but who doesn’t?

I began my career in Human Resources at York Properties, the most amazing local company in Raleigh. Over the course of six years, I was given the opportunity to participate first-hand in all things HR. I learned an incredible amount from my hands-on experience and my leaders about general HR responsibilities, what it means to be an inspiring and kind leader/co-worker, how to build a culture worth celebrating, and many other invaluable life lessons. This company watched me grow up from a college intern, to getting married, and then starting a family. They were there for it all and I consider them family.

I made an incredibly difficult decision in April 2022 to branch out from York when I hit my career and learning ceiling. I needed to be doing work that I felt was worth my time away from my family. So I decided to put my college degree to work at RiverWild in their marketing department. While I learned and accomplished an unbelievable amount during my time with RW, I became more aware of what’s most important to me and this company was not the perfect fit.

I believe that my work ethic, kind personality, and combination of multidisciplinary skills will make me a tremendous asset to any Human Resources or Marketing team. I would love to chat further if you would like to hear more about my story and connect over any job opportunities you may have!

  Haley has been an instrumental player in the planning of OC Fest. Her meticulous strategies to build awareness for the event generated a “sold out” show. She remained accountable to social media calendars, captured the vision for video and coverage, generated productive agendas for marketing check-ins, and owned minor mistakes along the way. She stepped up not only in her role responsibilities, but also in volunteering to prep for the event. OneCompassion is grateful to have her on the team.”
